METHOD
Heat oil in a pan and sauté fish, squid, mussels, and clams, keep aside.
In the remaining oil fry the peppers onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes and saffron. Add the sausages ( chorizos) and the rice , peas and sauté.
add the white wine , stock, seasoning and cook. Till 3 /4 the done. Add the whole prawns and mussels and clams . Cover with the lid and cook till the rice is done.
