SEA FOOD PAELLA

Jumbo Prawns
Clams
Green Mussels 
Fish Cubes
Squids4 Nos
Parboiled Rice 
Olive Oil
Saffron
PeeledGarlic
Mixed Bell Peppers ( Diced )
White Chopped Onion
Chicken Stock
White Wine
Green Peas 
Diced Deseeded Blanched Tomatoes
Chorizo (Spanish Sausages) 
Salt and crushed black pepper

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté fish, squid, mussels, and clams, keep aside.
  2. In the remaining oil fry the peppers onions and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes and saffron. Add the sausages ( chorizos) and the rice , peas and sauté.
  4. add the white wine , stock, seasoning and cook. Till 3 /4 the done. Add the whole prawns and mussels and clams . Cover with the lid and cook till the rice is done.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges by the side.
